This recipe twofer gives you quickie teriyaki (made with bottled sauce) and a silky salad. Don’t be fooled by the time estimate: Although proper marinating takes at least 2 hours, the active prep runs less than 30 minutes. Go for wild salmon if possible. When you’re ready to make your own teriyaki sauce, try the not-so-simple version of this dish (which is still pretty simple).
