This oatmeal is the real deal, but it doesn’t take long to cook. Just boil the oats for 1 minute the night before and let them sit at room temp until morning. Next day, they’ll be ready in 10 minutes. Add the mix-ins and top with roasted pecans for a killer breakfast. To roast pecans: Preheat your oven to 350° F. Spread nuts in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast 10 to 15 minutes, stirring once, until slightly darkened. Cool to room temperature and store, covered, in the refrigerator until ready to use.
