I have a serious addiction to Hummus. I love everything about it. I had never attempted to make my own before and when I heard how easy it was I was tempted to give it another go. I was having some company and needed an element on the table for the guests to nosh on while I finished dinner. This hummus recipe was simple to create and incredibly delicious; my only change to the recipe was increasing the amount of oil to ¼ cup. It made for a velvety textured hummus. My guests oohed and ahhed over it and even requested to take it home. That was the first time I ever wrapped a dip to go. It’s definitely a recipe I will keep on hand for when I have company.
