Creamy Cider and Tarragon Dressing

Creamy Cider and Tarragon Dressing
Kateryna Odyntsova

This dressing was made for offbeat salads. To get the most out of it, start with greens (baby spinach, Boston lettuce, romaine, frisee). Add chunks of fruit (apples, pears, grapes) and crunchy sweet vegetables (carrots, fennel, celery root). Toasted pecans would be nice too. Then spoon some of this sweet herby creaminess over everything. Tips: If you prefer a sweeter dressing, reduce the salt. If you want something a bit heavier, use all mayo instead of the mayo-yogurt blend. One recipe makes 16 (2-tablespoon) servings.
