These no-cook crab roll-ups make a no-sweat summer appetizer or main course. Got brown rice vinegar? If not, use unseasoned rice vinegar instead. You can even use the seasoned kind in a pinch. If your supermarket sells sushi, you can usually find pickled ginger nearby; but you should also be able to find it in jars in the Asian section of the international aisle. A couple of tips: Avocado turns brown when exposed to the air, so don’t cut until you’re ready to use it. Also, don’t forget to pick over the crab to remove any bits of shell.
