A healthy take on carrot cake: killer muffins with whole grains, honey, fruit, and spice. A great reason to get out of bed! They also make an outrageous snack. Try them at midnight with a glass of milk. Tip: Although the recipe calls for honey, you can use Splenda if you’re watching calories or carbs.
