Next time you think “dip”, skip the cream cheese and packaged onion soup. Reach for cannellini beans instead. They’ll take you in a much healthier and more interesting direction. This bean puree is equally good with pita chips and raw veggies, and it also works as a sandwich spread. The recipe makes 24 (2-tablespoon) servings.
