I am a food blogger with a long time interest in whole foods that started with my vegetarian father and a grandmother who practiced a Macrobiotic diet. I followed my passion into my first job in high school which was packing dried fruits at our local health food store in Milford, Massachusetts. As an adult, I was thankful for my base of knowledge when my daughter was diagnosed with a wide range food allergies resulting in severe eczema. I began learning how to cook healthy foods that she could eat and this lead to my research about the commercial farming industry in the US. Positive changes must be made!
