Hi, my name is Aileen and a little over a year ago I began food blogging. I had started dieting, and being the foodie I am, I could not live on ‘diet’ recipes. Instead, I took my favorite recipes and skinnied them up. And I wanted to share them with so many other people that I knew that were watching their weight. Over the course of a year I have created hundreds of dishes each under 400 calories without sacrificing taste nor quality and I have kept realistic portion sizes ! It’s not a diet, it’s a way of life…every day meals for every day living…400 calories or less.
