DeborahDeborah Chud, MD is a graduate of Harvard College and Boston University School of Medicine. For a number of years, she was a member of the faculty at Tufts University School of Medicine. As a consultant to ZonePerfect Nutrition, Inc., she served as medical editor, and food editor of the ZonePerfect website. Subsequently, she was food columnist for Radius Magazine. Her cookbook, The Gourmet Prescription was published in 1999. She is the founder of Trufflehead and author of www.aDoctorsKitchen.com. |
